Insurance Covered Services
The amount of insurance coverage and the patient's share of the cost will depend on the type of After Work/After School outpatient or residential program needed and the duration of treatment required. The type of treatment Gateway recommends will be based on nationally recognized clinical criteria published by the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM).
