Karen has been a member of the clinical team at the Gateway Treatment Center in Lake Villa since 2010. As an innovative leader Karen directs the quality of care and program development of residential programs for adult men and women, as well as specialized programs for young men.

Karen holds her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Masters in Social Work from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI.
