Meet the Trainers
Gaia is an Adolescent Program Clinical Supervisor at Gateway's Carbondale facility, overseeing the Boy's Residential Program for ages 12 to 20. Gaia has worked as a Chemical Dependency Technician, counselor and supervisor since joining Gateway in 2000. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling from Southern Illinois University Carbondale.
Rachel oversees the Women's and Girl's Residential Programs at Gateway's Carbondale facility. Rachel has worked as a Chemical Dependency Technician, counselor and supervisor since joining Gateway in 2002. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master's degree from Southern Illinois University Carbondale.
