Residential Substance Abuse Treatment Programs

Inpatient Alcohol and Drug Rehab ProgramsGateway offers inpatient drug rehab and alcohol treatment programs that provide each and every person with the knowledge, therapy, counseling and tools needed to live a life free of drugs and alcohol.

Gateway's inpatient alcohol and drug rehab program is designed to help a person through some of the more difficult moments as their mind and body go through many different changes. With 24/7 availability of Gateway's staff, our inpatient drug rehab programs provide the safety and stability a person needs to maintain their sobriety.

On-site medical staff can also provide medication assisted treatment to address withdrawal symptoms, cravings and detoxification if needed.

Living onsite at Gateway, individuals receive 24/7 support and the opportunity to fully immerse themselves in the recovery process with few distractions. The duration of treatment is dependent on the extent of a person's substance abuse problem and their dedication to recovery. If inpatient drug rehab is necessary, an individual generally engages in treatment over two to four weeks.

All residential inpatient drug rehab programs include:

  • Educational groups
  • Individual counseling
  • Family counseling and education
  • Recreational activities and team building
  • 12-Step education
  • Recovery planning for relapse prevention
  • 24-hour access to medical staff

Our residential treatment programs offer compassion and care throughout an individual's treatment along with on-site care by psychiatrists, physicians, and nursing staff.

Once stabilized and fully engaged in treatment, an individual becomes a candidate for transition into a less intense level of care than inpatient drug rehab such as Day Treatment or Outpatient Treatment.
