Located in the heart of the Westside of Chicago, it offers a small Residential campus in a lovely building built by Gateway Alcohol and Drug Rehab.

- Co-ed Dual Diagnosis — Residential and Day Drug Rehab and Alcohol Treatment
- Male Teen (approximate ages 12-18) — Residential and Day Drug Rehab and Alcohol Treatment
